what's that I feel?

OOOOOOOh, it's calmness!!! For the first time in so long we noticed an inner calm today. just quiet. nobody feeling too much, etc... we'll take it!!! we had 2 invasive medical procedures yesterday and were really, really afraid but just in time our bestest friend in the whole world came back from her vacation and took us to the appt!. she held our hand and we actually have no memory of the exams at all; like everyone just protected each other and went into a deep sleep (plus we had an iv of pain meds/tranquilizers and benadryl). Then we got home and slept all night!!! it seems like yesterday and today were the first time there has been meaningful inner dialogue without any argument or punishment so today everything is so chill!!!! we're gonna try to hold onto this feeling to go into the week. Just wanted to share a success and a thank you for being here everyone, in all kinds of weather.
