To all those who stayd and camed for 'the pool party' we thank you! It was soooo much fun!!!

...wiff all the stuffies like wet soggy ones at wash time and all the others let's see, colourful rainbow ones and ones that like nanas and ones that just love fish ice cream!

...we love the cones at the end and all the yummy flavours and nobudies get made at us...

special fanks to possum's hospitality (she make a great shark too lol) and a little short ride to the moon and for a quick ride on a dinosaur befored we gt too sweepy.

PS Thanks it was great for the little ones to be there. I was wondering where they got to in the midst of the othr stuff that been going on.

He said that we can email as MUCH as we want (100 times per day). Believe in this - it is challenging fears about being punished. It is okay to be seen. You are not a nuisance. "Too much" simply means exploration, not punishment/withdrawal. Trust in him.

Not looking at him is about keeping aspects of self hidden/secret. We know that is not the healthy choice. Keep working on this - you will get there.

Accept there are parts. Be kind and gentle with them. Working with parts and feelings is the key to happiness. We have been happy before when listened to them and accepted them and were open to feelings. Write in your journal - it is safe to do so.

Yes we had a lubly time at the pool party.

Sebastian lubbed his fish icecream and he still drying out......Polar Bears get sooo full of waters...

Thank you for everybody that came and made the pool whirly........

Maybe next time we gets to go to the park and has a picnic and play on the swings and slides and whirly things........ Mom will check to see if sand pit is clean b4 we go...

It looked like a lot of fun. I'm sorry I left abruptly on you guys. I had to stay big though cause there was a violent show we were watching and we were at a friend's house. But maybe next time I'll join in and not fight if my littles wanted out.

so much fun :) WE play in the sand and make sand angels with dolpins and all of our stuffies. WE all woved play time we wnated to saty ot but the closed so we had to go to bed.
