i brought some friends to help protect our very special place.

i met the knight in shining armor lat year. he was very nice and he is a good knight. his horse told me so. if you can not trust a nights horse who can you trust? his horse was nice too. the knight let me ride his white horse. the black one was giving someone else a ride.

the lion is Nyack. he is a very very nice lion. i spend a lot of time with him when the body is not sick. he is not very old but he is still a big lion. his feets are huge! and claws and teeth to match. Nyack is good lion though and can tell the difference between good people and bad people. only time i see him be mean was when these teenagers were teasing him and teasing him. it took forever but finally he sat up and ROARED. but when they left and it was just me he laid back down and yawned.

the horse is our horse. she likes parts and littles. she gives them rides and lets them pet her and dress her up. buts she can be mean if some one even thinks bad about her friends.

I'm so glad that you posted these pictures..I'm sorry that I didn't see them earlier! Nyack does look like a very good lion and I'm sure that he will patrol the Garden admirably. You can tell by his eyes that he is a good soul and I don't blame him a bit for yelling at the teenagers. I would have too!!!

What is your horse's name? I would love to see a picture after you have dressed her up...that would be cool to see..do you braid her mane and tail or put hats on her or sunglasses or what?? I'm glad that she is also very protective of you.. Did you watch the video about Patches that I posted? Wasn't he the silliest horse you ever saw..it made me laugh for sure.

I sure was glad for the help with the pictures today. I could feel your keen little eye in there giving your blessed opinion. It meant a lot to me...

I'm so very glad that you are posting..and brought the knight for the Garden as well. I'm sure all the fairies and mermaids will be swooning very soon...goodness!! The ruckus is starting already...I'm glad he will be living in the castle next to the the Garden. I will have to introduce him to Godfried and make sure they make friends.. I didn't catch their names, the black and white horses..so I'll call then yin and yang for right now until you tell me differently. They seem to balance one another perfectly and work as a team..so it just seemed to fit. I'm glad there is an apple tree in the Garden to give them some treats.. I know the unicorns enjoy foraging underneath it as well...
