I'm scared. I'm hurting so much and I want someone to help me. I need a rest, but I'm scared if I leave Krissy she won't be okay. I have to protect her and keep her safe.

I'm teary and I just want to cry my eyes out.

Hello SariaJayde: I'm sorry you are feeling so scared & hurt. Hopefully coming here to PC can be of some comfort & support. I see this is your first post here on PC. So... to PsychCentral… from the Skeezyks! May the time you spend here be of benefit.

PsychCentral is a great place to get information as well as support for mental health issues. The more you post, & reply to other members’ posts, the more a part of the community you will become. Plus there are social groups you can join & chat rooms where you’ll be able to connect with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) Lots of great stuff! So please keep posting!

welcome sariajade... I see you are new to the dissociative boards. heres a tip on how its set up

you have posted in the garden..... this is where the fun stuff happens in the dissociation boards. if you are looking for things to cheer you up the garden (here where you have posted this thread) is the right place. you will find lots of light happy things like a cave, people talking about pirates and other fun stuff that they line and enjoy. this board isnt always very active. it can take a long time before someone comes to the garden. most when they get triggered by being on psych central just take a break from reading on psych central but sometimes while on the forums someone needs a break from reading the hard stuff so they come here to the garden to read and talk about the fun stuff like playing role playing/ pretend like the cave and pirates, holidays, stuffed animals all kinds of pretend/ role playing goes on here in the garden.

the teen forum part of the dissociative forums is for teen aged alters to post about their fun teen aged stuff. https://forums.psychcentral.com/teen-alters-garden/

the garden and teen boards are not as busy as the main dissociative forum...

if you are looking for help with hard stuff like dissociation, dissociation disorders, thats in the main forum board here
https://forums.psychcentral.com/dissociative-disorders/

welcome.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
