All of our child parts that have appeared in therapy have all been in trauma spaces and don't even know about play really. Last week one hid under a blanket.

She did behaviour therapy on our regular sessions if she was there and okay to go out. Annie never got out because she is perfectly fine.

I have a rule. I don't live anywhere unless there is a bedroom available for my little. I painted her room yellow and pink and it's filled with her stuffies and toys and books. She gets to go in there whenever she wants.
