Hey I’m Zelda the host of the Nightlight system is what we agree to call our system I have DID and bipolar schizoaffective I have 6 alters they are all nice and peaceful my symptoms over lap each other though I take medicine to help me it really has helped! hope you all are doing well

What medication(s) are you taking, @Princess Zelda? I dissociate & have voices. They don't seem to be DID alters, more like separate people. I wish there was a medication that could bring back my private mind.
