hello me and the others have been trying to come up with ways to keep Ginniesky safe. We are coming up on the summer months which are extremely triggering and well we kind of feel we need more help. we wrote down some suggestions for the counselor as to ways to kind of check in with her, but we were wondering if there was anyone else who had any ideas?thank

Hi Megan,

is the counsellor gonna be on holidays over summer, or do you still get to see them ?

are you the protector for your system/group ?

are there dangerous alters who might hurt the body ?

talk to us, so we know what you might need to know

we check in here every day, take care of yourself & ginniesky,
you can only do your best, you know, none of us can do more

(((((megan))))) hope hugs are acceptable

yes i am the main protector. I am doing my best but there are a couple of us that have bad coping skills, cutting, purging, and and stuff like that. Most of us are extremely afraid of hospitals so that isn't an good option right now. Umm the couneslor will be there this summer but she has less hours where she will be available... and we are kind of scared that without as much acess that we will possibly act out and choose negative coping skills as a way to make it through. we are planing on asking the counselor for some suggestions too but we thought someone here might be able to tell us something that maybe worked for them. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I know we are new to the group but we look forward to getting to now everyone. thanks for responding.
