My 7 year old talked in therapy today. And T held her hand and told her what he would have done to take care of her back then. We felt soothed and loved. We know that if T had been there, things would have been different. That I am worth that kind of love and help. He would have made me safe.
And that made me think of all of our littles and the things that we deserved that we didn't get...and it just made me want to send out lots and lots of love and hugs and care. So.... here we go....for all of us
