We are home alone and little Manda is very scared.
I don't remember the last time she was this triggered. And I don't know why she is so triggered. I mean, it's not like we have never been at the house by ourselves before, but she is crying, clinging to Pooh cuddly, and begging me to call my husband and ask him to come home (he's at work). |

I know but he will be back soon , Would you like to play some games on line for you to do while you wait for the hubby ?

I know it is scary , but it wont hurt you, all it wants to do is be outside with its friends. Am still here with you Willow

there is a doggie here, but iyt wont stay downstars wit me.
His rom is upstairs so he stays up there when nobody home

Can you call on the dog , will he come to you ?
Can you ask him to stay or dose the dog go back to its room ? When dose the hubby get back ? and can you call him ? Am still here with you Willow

I really don't know why little Manda has been triggered so much lately.
She has been coming a lot lately. And she has been out for like 24 hours straight now (well she came out around 5:00pm last night... it's 4:10 now) She never stays out this long!!! But I decided I'm not gonna push her. (As much as I can) I am gonna let her do what she is gonna do... stay out as long as she wants/needs to. Do you think that is a good idea? |

Hi Manda...
I'm here sitting with you too!! Do you have any color books you can color in? Maybe find some safe cartoons or movies to watch.  We will be here if you need to talk...K.  I know it's scary being alone. Hubby will be home when he is done with work. He has to work so he can pay the adult bills and pay for your house and food and stuff. Big Manda knows all about this, but Little Manda probably doesn't. That's okay. You can talk with us and you will be safe...  (((((BIG HUGS))))) for you if you would like them!!

It is ok for her to be out . but remember that you need some out time too .
Try and find out what is triggering her and what is making her so scared. Maybe it is attachment issues that hubby has gone to work ? Give her things to do and show her that it is safe when hubby is away Willow
