I think that brisk walking is quite well known to be beneficial. However, this seems to contradict your answer to 1. If you really get tired and (especially) lightheaded doing a short walk that sounds pretty alarming to me and very much like an underlying medical problem rather than a symptom of depression. Your daily meditation sounds great. Do you find that it helps? |
