After a brief respite the sun hid its face and deep fog took its place with storm clouds threatening.
Possible trigger:
. I know I need to learn to live with what I have but I don't like it. The clouds never went, just a hint of the me I used to know.

Yes it does that, but nothing lasts forever and summer will soon be here and perhaps sunshine will invade your thoughts again.
Thanks for this!

I wonder how much of myself is left...

Wishing you a few rays of something better than hope.

My latest antidepressant (bupropion) seems to be helping, I have felt somewhat better for a few weeks! Here's hoping for the future, and hopefully some encouragement for someone else here too.

It isn't whether it is wrong to give up, but would that, in the end, be what you wanted?
Possible trigger:

It isn't right or wrong to give up. It's whether you want to try and find that spark, no matter how long it takes.

And is it giving up, if you still try?
