I'm depressed beyond comprehension. Im on meds and therapy nothing helps. Just need some support.

I'm sorry you have to go through this. It sucks to be depressed. My bipolar depression is also resistant to any treatment. I find journalling helps a bit. Have you tried that?

Hope you find some help. I'm in really bad shape, dfficult getting thru each day. So much guilt.Stopped going to two 1 hr. Groups each week because starting talking more about severe depression. Didn't want to bring others down. Too depressed for a depression group. When doing better went to be around people. Isolate,rarely leave apt. Sorry going on so long. Really hope you find a group where you find comfort and or other support. Take care , don't know about meds, sorry.
