Has anyone had a diagnosis of insufficient cortisol which causes adrenal fatigue and depression and anxiety. It took me a while to find a doctor but it makes sense. I don't think the medication he wants to give me will work but have been on all kinds of psych drugs and nothing works. I was on Efffexor for 15 years and all of the sudden it changed. Currently I see a holistic doctor, nutritionist, psych, therapist and receiving biofeedback treatments. The insomnia is the worse and nothing helps.
