Well... I don't have a lot of experience with the various medications that are available to help one sleep. And different peoples' reactions to medications can vary. (What works well for one person may not work at all for someone else.) Personally I take 25 mg. of Trazadone before bed. (I'm also on Clonazapam though.) This works well enough for me.
