I'm prescribed ultra-low dose intranasal ketamine. Has anyone else tried this? I feel a lot better in general, I can think a whole lot faster than I did a month ago when I was really depressed.

I'm not supposed to take it after 2 pm, but when I take it at noon I have an afternoon 'crash nap'.

I can get to sleep okay, but I only sleep 5-6 hours before I wake up.

Do you have to take this in the doctor's office or are you doing it on your own? I also have TRD and had 2 sessions of spravato (intranasal ketamine) and could not go any further as I had to have a driver take me and bring me back. Couldn't do it- cannot ask anyone to give up that much time. I'd appreciate your response.
