I found that the best way to get thru everything is not: Exercise, mindfulness, Vitamin B12 deficienecy (which I don't have), change your diet, change your thoughts, change your behaviors, medication, meditation, la-de-da-da. You need to recognize how you are thinking. Recognize your thoughts. Acknowledge them. And then just set them to the side. Try it. It really works.

I don't even know what I'm thinking most of the time, to be honest. It feels like my mind is just feelings and emptiness.
