Does anyone know if low dose intranasal ketamine is prescribed here in the US? I had 2 sessions of Spravato and was scheduled for more in the clinic but could not find a ride twice a week for a month (or more). This is the reason I'm asking if it can be taken at home. I am TRD and have tried almost everything including TMS. Would appreciate your thoughts

It is available from compounding pharmacies as well as ketamine troches which are oral admin. It’s not the same as spravato but I did experience some profound relief to my depression for a while.
