at the top right of each forum and thread, there is a little Search window. if you have a particular interest in topic or member, you can type in the key words there and it will search the thread for you.

for example, i often refer people to the Anxiety management skills, posted in the Anxiety Forum. as time has gone by, it has moved several pages into the lists, so it might not be easily seen by new members. just click on the Search Forum button, and a little drop-down window will appear. type in Coping Skills, or other key words, and all the posts with that in the title or text will appear~!
