i did some research for you and it seems that this website is really the only one i could find that is only about perimenopausal issues.

http://www.perimenopauseguide.com/

hopefully it helps you, it seems to have some good information about effects on the body and diet and medicines and it gives you other websites down further on the page to the related issues. Even a support group online. The actually formatting of website doesnt seem too welcoming however there is alot of good information and the other sites may be more welcoming looking if that is something your looking for. I hope its ok. Its good to find other websites like that other than PC. Its wonderful here on PC i love this place alot but sometimes situations that are very exclusive to one subject that needs alot of educational information are in need of other support. I understand your need. I hope your situation improves and you are always welcome here to vent and gather support. Good luck to you.
Thanks for this!
