my period flow is very light and slow at the moment and its unusual because its usually heavy and fast. Getting big cramps too. Just wondering if anyone knows whats going on? Is it normal?

My cycles are always like this. I wouldn't worry about it too much, not unless your cramping becomes really bad.

As for the cramps, try cutting the caffine. It was difficult but no cramps.

4-Advil's usually does the trick for me.
