Have you checked to see if there is a free community clinic in your area?

Checking out for free clinics in your area is an excellent idea and some boards of health also offer free or low cost female physicals.

Other then that you may want to do some research on the vitamins that your body may be lacking at the moment and try to get some vitamin pills to try to replace the missing nutrients. Remember though that you should at the very least check with the pharmacist to make sure there are no drug interactions if you are currently on any medication. Ideally you would want to check with a doctor before starting vitamins though.
