Hi all and Happy Holidays! I have been perimenopausal for several years now-I go some months w/o periods but lately I've been having a light-medium flow that lasts about 3 days-I'm just waiting for it to end!

I understand the wait... and sadly a female must go a full year with out a period before her doctor will deem the menopause process over.

Oh, wow....really?

So, then I must be the premenopasal...cuz....DANNNNNG, my period stopped there forra while (YAY), but started up again with a vengance. Now, I bleed twice as much as I've ever before and for twice as long, (making up for all those years I bled ever-so-lightly).
A year, huh? Whatta bummer.
Sooo...in the meantime, we simply must endure it as is, huh? Hmmmm.
