Hi Everyone- Was wondering if anyone would be interested in having an ongoing 'thread' or starting a group for helping to eachother keep on track with their healthy goal? I know for me, I need someone to keep on my a to make sure I stay focused.

We could have a personal goal each month:if it's loosing 5lbs or walking a mile 3x a week, or whatever it is for each of us.

Let me know if anyone's interested and I'll look into getting it started for April. (I got the idea from a 'wedding planning' site where the brides to be created a group to keep eachother motivated to get healthy for the big day.)

Let me know what ya think.

Clarify: Each person would have their own goal.
