Can you go to a Planned Parenthood? They offer very low cost pregnancy testing and counseling to women of all ages and situations?

Here is the link:

I am not for abortion, but at 16, I can pretty much say you are NOT ready. I was 18 and was nowhere near ready.

You may be able to get to a chemist for "girl things" and grab a preg test kit as well and hide it in pocket or something??

Abortion is YOUR decision and nobody should be able to tell you what to do about it. As against it as I am, I'd advise it.... But it is YOUR decision and nobody elses. It is YOUR body, YOUR choice.

Without family support, raising a baby would be very very hard and that's something you need to consider. Can you confide in a relative you trust?? Inbox me if you wanna talk.

I hope you are not pregnant, but after 6 weeks it sounds highly likely you are. So get in touch with planned parenthood, and they can help you with tests and with taking care of yourself, and with your options. And don't forget a 3rd option possible. Adoption. Gosh there is so many childless couples who would love to adopt a baby of a young healthy girl!

Getting abortion because OTHERS tell you it's sensible and that you have no other option, is not an exercise of "choice". That is giving in to coercion. Don't let immature adults in your life convince you that you "must" do it, just because THEY wish to make your pregancy disappear, so they can feel better. It's your life, your body, your heart.

p.s. Yeah, if you go that route, your family will find out and freak out, but there will be others who will support you and help you.
Thanks for this!
