my periods have been bad, i mean like horrible the cramps are intense and painful and i have been bleeding intensly its only for the usual 5 days but still for those 5 days its pure torture.
I have no idea what to do. My son is 20 months old it seems to get worse each month. This month the cramps are the worse ever even the over the counter pills which normally work barely do a thing, and the irritability is so bad i am ready to tear my hair out( my mental state does not help matters at all)
any advice would be most helpful..

Please make an appt with your GYN to have it all checked out.

I agree, please see a GYN. I don't think you have to suffer like that.

I would deff make an appointment with your doc, sounds like Endometriosis to me....
