Omg I should be locked up at times like these!

The BPD comes out with avengence and I'm trying to keep a lid on it but people just seem to irritate me more.

Like my husband who is currently snoring is head off beside me and I want to put a clothes peg on his nose (or a pillow) to shut him up!

And the damn cat got a pillow thrown at her because she miaows so bloody loud at night she wakes the kids!

I'm ripping my hair out here. Lock me up dammit!
Thanks for this!

I hope it eases off soon.

There're a number of supplements that can ease things - have you tried them?

I have that cat x 2 (and that husband :-) It's not unreasonable to want quiet when you are sleeping.

Oh God I so understand where you're coming from with the PMS! I hear words coming out of my mouth to my boyfriend and he looks at me like I've lost my mind! Sometimes it does actually feel like that

I take evening primrose oil capsules but they don't seem to help. I hope you feel better soon.

Vit B6 and 12 as well as evening primrose oil are suppose to alleviate some symptoms. Much sure you check with chemist before taking them to make sure they don't interact with any other meds you're taking
Thanks for this!
