I hate my period this month! It's so heavy and messy- The only good thing is while I get cramps from time to time, I'm usually in a good mood. I'm just curious if anyone else is pretty even steven (emotionally speaking) during their period. I sometimes am irritable a few days before, but for the most part am more calm than ever during this time. That's strange, right?

I had terror PMS (probably would have been called PMDD nowadays). Even my coordination was affected. And the flow for the first couple days was yuk.
Yay for menopause despite it's own challenges. __________________ The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well. anonymous |

I've had a hysterectomy, but I remember when I DID have periods, I was very calm -- wasn't emotional or crabby at all. My periods were TERRIBLY hard tho -- I felt like I was bleeding to death! Became anemic too -- that's why the hysterectomy (tumors ).
Good thing I DIDN'T get emotional, or I probably would have killed someone. LOL |
