Okay, this isnt really a female issue- but i am a woman and i have a health concern.
About 3 weeks ago I notice a spot on the side of my foot, i thought it was dirt or a brown marker, but it wouldnt scrub off. The spot is as long as your pinky nail, and skinny- looks like a werid mole. But the thing is i don't have a mole there! And it is raised up a bit.
So here i am 3 weeks later, it's still here looking the same- except about 1 hour and half ago i accidently scraped of the brown part, so now its stil SUPERRRRRRRRRRRRR itchy and a brownish pink.
So im wonering if i somehow scratched it a couple weeks ago and it scabbed over, or if it was a mole that popped up and i scratched it off......maybe even cancerous?
I dont want to go to the doctor for nothing, what do you think?

Get it checked out if you are concerned about it. Don't jump from A to Z with your conclusions though, just have a doc give an opinion and go form there.

I just finished a chapter on the integumentary system. It would be easier if you had a picture, as it could be a number of things. It sounds benign though.

Could be a mole, could be a papule, could be a brown patch of skin...Kinda sounds like a papule, it's basically just an elevated spot on your skin that can be brownish in color and can crust or have scales.

It does not sound cancerous though.

Though I don't know anything -- your foot would be a weird place to get skin cancer, especially on the side of it like that, considering it is not an often exposed part.

I would go to your doctor; the suddenness of it showing up and the color and itchiness, etc. need looking into, check out "signs and symptoms" below:

Probably a bit late here, but if you've not had it checked already, please do. Even though it may well be nothing, if it is something then the sooner it gets sorted the better. I was diagnosed at the end of last year with melanoma (the worst type of skin cancer) in a mole on my arm, but because it was less than 1 millimetre thick it only needed an operation to fix; more than 1 millimetre thick and it can be very difficult to treat because then it's more likely to have spread to another part of the body. Melanomas can be anywhere, not just on exposed skin: http://www.melanoma.com/whatis.html

I'm not saying this to get you worried, and like I said before it could well be nothing, but please get it checked! Don't worry about bothering the doctor - from their point of view it's also better if anything that's wrong is caught as early as possible, because treatment is simpler and there's more chance of it working.
