So... I recently met this guy who is very attractive and I really like him and he really likes me. The problem is that in the bedroom, any form of penetration makes me tense up and it hurts unbearably.
The thing is... I have been sexually assaulted in the past so I'm sure that has something to do with it... I just want to know how to enjoy myself again. Does anyone know what I can do? |

Have you had any counseling for the assault? If not, I would suggest it. It takes a lot to overcome sexual assault and learn to relax again in an intimate moment. Good luck.

It will take time, in numerous sessions to get there, but I certainly believe, it can help you
