I've been living without any sexual contact over a year. I can't sleep, concentrate, work, anything. I feel anxious and agressive. Is that normal? I'm 21

Hi seed11!
I can't say that my profile and 'make-up' is entirely normal ... but when I have been or am sexually frustrated or unsatisfied, I also can't sleep, remain very tense and distracted and - in the present - even if it's not entirely my husband's fault - I'm usually pretty p***ed with him. Are you able to achieve sexual satisfaction yourself? But if you can't concentrate or work - there may be other factors at play that warrant attention ?

Lately, not really. Usually I don't have problems with that,... Hm I can't work because it requires great concentration. And as I am sleepy and moody, just mess things. |
