I just want my period. It would be early, but it would better explain feeling so stressed, so angry, crying, and then happy and calm.

Seriously, I don't think I've ever wanted to get it early so badly before. I don't want to feel like this for another week.

I'd feel better knowing that it's not me, but my hormones tormenting me. And that I can properly handle life.

probably just stress and I will go through this for another couple of weeks.

((((June 55))))

Ovulation, is typically two weeks prior. It can wreak havoc, emotionally. Biologically speaking, kinda makes sense....

I think you might be right. What does one do about it? Normally I'm not bad around ovulation, instead just before my period.

Be gentle on yourself. If irritable, accept it, as part of your cycle. Tearful, go with it.
There's all kinds of PMS, advice. Recognize, this part of process is a matter of a couple of days. Then the physical stuff, begins.
Journal, if that's what you do.
I try to step back, from emotional triggers, if possible.
