Every month, around 5 days or so before my period, I get the weird symptoms that I can't find any explanation for or anything on the net.
First, I have at least one night where I'm completely itchy for no reason. Of course I can't sleep during it. Another weird maybe symptom is body pain, specifically chest pain, worsening sciatica, and feet pain. Are these pms symptoms?

I have had weird symptoms too in the night, but not itchy. Feel like a truck ran over me during the night when I get up sometimes, increase in lower back pain, no foot pain. I have cramps and heavy period like never before. Thinking it's perimenopause, which you can't find a whole lot about other than that it's horrible and can last for years, but I don't know your age. I have other symptoms too, like the occasional sweats during the night, which have stopped just recently. I would check with your Dr, as I should check with mine, though I do hate the subject matter - approaching thatage.

Hmm, interesting. I'm only 34 so I haven't considered perimenopause. These weird symptoms started after my last depression relapse when I turned 30. After reading the symptoms of perimenopause

From what I've read of perimenopause these symptoms don't seem to match. Dryness, yes, itching no. have you considered a referral to a neurologist? Some symptoms sound neurological, from various lists I've read.

Have you read about hormonal imbalances and itching? I would consider asking for a referral to an endocrinologist....I hope you are able to get the help you need
