I need a moment to rant............... I hate PMS. One month your grumpy and bloated the next month your sick to your stomach and feel like puking and the months go on and on. Why cant it be the same every month?

Please go and see your doctor, there are options to help with PMS, some birth control pills can lessen the pain and bleeding or an IUS device can get rid of periods completely. It's worth asking about.

Doesn't help that Im per-menopause to add to the madness. Oh to be a female. (sigh)

I hear you (((hugs))) --I am right there with you and its no fun what so ever. I do take Celexa, which helps with my PMDD (severe case of PMS) and it also deals with my depression, ptsd, and mood swings...... so please check with your doctor and look into getting on some medication that will ease the monthly pain (emotionally & physically) for you, your husband and your family / friends.
