It never fails. I'm doing fine and then PMS creeps in and builds and makes me insane and then I finally "pop" and I'm OK again. My periods are regular so I should know when it happens but I don't. PMS can vary from month to month and it drags me down. Does anyone do anything helpful to deal with this before it starts?
