Ever feel so Kapoot? (tired beyond words?)

I have returned back to work and we have been doing heavy cleaning and meeting after meeting. Bluck.

Ive been hitting the gym four out of the five days with work outs anywhere for 1 1/2 to 3 hours.

I tend to get a good 4 1/2 to 5 hours of sleep (thank you bipolar) and thats with using a sleeping pill.

Ive been suffering severe headaches and the pain and meds are taking a toll on me.

All this on top of being a mother dealing with back to school shopping and teenage stuff.

Im Kapoot today. I did some stuff with my daughter after work, but Im Kapoot. Im beat.

Anyone feel my pain?

I hear ya. I've felt that way for almost two weeks, recovering from a fall with bruising on ~15% of my body. I started taking iron again, and it helped a lot. (I'm prone to anemia, for some reason, but in this case it was the bruising.) Hope you feel better soon.

OUCH! Take it easy.

I'll spring back tomorrow. Thanks. Just my body telling me to slow down.
