What's yours? Goodness, I know I have bunches, but one that really stands out in my mind is...

I was sixteen years old. My boyfriend and sister-in-law wanted me to go swimming with them but I was on my period. I'd never worn a tampon and my sister-in-law encouraged me to. She began to hound me. My boyfriend wanted me to as well, of course.

I didn't want to. I was afraid to try a tampon and it showed. Finally, in frustration and after other excuses I said, "I have to pee everytime I swim. I can't go hours without pee'ing!"

Yes, a 16-year-old, straight-A student, missed that one in life and in health class! I didn't know there was a separate opening "down there"! LOLOLOL

Yes, they both laughed at me and I had to stand there while my sister-in-law explained it to me IN FRONT OF MY BOYFRIEND!

KD
