What does being a woman mean to you? How do you feel about it? Do you want to be a woman? What are the best and worst things about being female? What do you have in common with other women that you don't have with men?

I always felt being a woman was a pain in the ***. having so many standards to live up to for what is right and proper and pretty and sexy. I think that is the worse thing about being a woman besides the monthly friend thing of course...lol....so I just don't bother or care. I live life the way I want.

Being a woman now is becoming a 1920s revival. We're more empowered than ever and we are going up and up on our way for equal rights. We want more than just the right to vote, we want the right for sexual, financial, gender, and personal expression and independence. We're saying F. U. to stereotypes and standards and creating our own. How do I feel about it? I think we have a long way to go before we have full equal rights, but we are getting there and I think we need to rally together to do it. Personally, I like being a woman, but physically, I'd rather be a guy because I tend to fall for gay guys and straight girls. Best thing about females is that we have to fight for our rights. It sounds like an awful thing, but it's rather empowering that nothing comes handed to us and that we earned everything we work for. Worst thing about being a female is the unwanted sexual attention and sexual violence. What I have in common with other women but without men would be our periods and our motherly nature.
