in general, no. Are you wet enough? You may need some KY lubricant until you get used to things.

About a 3 on pain scale. And I think I was wet enough on my own.

The first time can be painful for a lot of women. Probably due to the fact that it is all new and tense and lubrication may not be as extensive as at first. Most women find that goes away after a few times and that under the right circumstances with the man you love it is truly pleasurable and one of God's greatest gifts to us all

It can be painful after the first time or two. I takes a little getting used to. After the first few times there should not be as much discomfort.

When the hyman tears, that can be a little discomfort.
Were you emotionally tense? Is this someone you feel emotionally close to? |

I missed where it said first time. Yes, definitely. I was tense the first time and it was very painful. It took another try or two and then it was painless.
