I have a question for anyone who has dealt with PMDD. I have not had my period in a month now I have no concern of being preg. I am getting all the PMDD symptoms just no period is that normal ? My GYN ran some labs with my age 44 - no signs of menopause or periomenopause.

I do have a eating disorder and have lost a great deal of weight recently. Thing that is weird last time when the ED was bad and I was underweight I never lost my period and I am in normal weight range now and my period stopped??? (don\t get it). The GYN said to work with someone for the ED to restore the weight and my cycle will come back. No chance on working with anyone on the ED - not enough providers and or insurance issues.

Well, I guess it's the eating disorder or maybe a lot of stress. I just stopped having periods one day too and never had another one but there was nothing wrong with me either so who can say? If your weight is in the normal range I really don't know what it could be. At least there is nothing wrong so I guess you should just be grateful for that.
