I'm in my forties and the last few years I've noticed my breast are no longer where they are supposed to be. One time last year I walked by my mirror after showering and caught a glimpse of the side view. Yikes! They are sagging. It was kind of depressing. When I looked at my breasts today they look like two floppy pancakes hanging there. I honestly wanted to cry.

I'm not interested in getting surgery but it's hard to deal with. Where will they be in twenty years from now? To my waist?

Gravity is not your friend.

I have always had a large chest which the guys liked when I was younger. Now I cannot imagine that I would ever let a guy see my breasts without a nice bra on.

For reference I am 56.

I am noticing the same problem , I'm 48. I do a few different chest exercises with weights that help build muscles that can bring them up some, worth a shot , took me about 4-6 weeks and I could see improvement.

I'm 46 and have the same problem - doesn't help that I'm large chested. Definitely don't let anyone see me without a good bra on.

I have this problem when I lose weight. Makes me wonder if I wanna stay chunky.
I currently need to lose quite a bit of weight but I'm gonna try to do it very slowly, lol. I am also beginning weight lifting and stretching exercises in an attempt to counteract.

I remember that my grandmother telling me to always where a supportive bra and it will minimize it but it has not seemed to help. Perhaps the exercise will; will have to try that. Thanks for the suggestion.

There was a cartoon a friend sent me of two women, standing in their swim suits, bikinis; they had two white tan marks on their stomachs though to their bikini bottoms that could see now that they had bikinis tops on. The one said, "Why did we think a trip to the nude beach was a good idea?" The other replied, "Who knew, gravity could be so discriminating, so much for freedom."

Thanks for all the responses. It is hard dealing with it emotionally and seeing my body change. My hands have wrinkles and I see wrinkles by my eyes. At least I'm not graying.
