I have a problem that I "pee" when I orgasm and I have been torn apart by my mother because she thinks I do it on purpose but I have incontinance. I have no control over it. Nobody ever asks me how I feel about it or whatever they just accuse me of doing it on purpose and all of a sudden I am a monster. I feel upset and alone because nobody asks me why the things I do or etc. They just attack me and to be honest I have never been taught how to defuse an argument when your being wrongfully attacked I just get defensive and start swearing at people. Only after the arguement is half way over and I get a clear head why I am angry and what she did that angered me I explain my feelings of hurt and anger when I am accused of the worst when nobody considers my point of view or feelings about it. I hate myself for it, I hate my body for it I hate my vagina for it but then to be attacked for doing it on purpose. When I have a medical condition is just the icing on the cake on my sadness, anger and helplessness about it. I can't do anything about it I wish I had no bladder or someone put a bag on my bladder so it does happen anymore but no one asks me how I feel its straight to who did wrong and attacking me. This is why this family is a failure and why no one understands or gets along with each other it is all accusations and assumptations. This is where this family needs to learn asservative skills for **** sake. Before I lose my head leave and put a restraining order on everybody

First of all, based on all your posts I've seen, it seems like you disclose things to your mother you might be better of not telling her, seeing as her reactions are quite negative. It's good to share things with your mom, but based on what you've written here, she is not very supportive.

Also, Some women pee when they orgasm, or feel the sensation of needing to pee.This is because of the muscles of your bladder spasm, or a weak pelvic floor, and also a weak neck of the bladder.
The thing is that most women that have weak pelvic muscles or bladders experience leakage in other situations besides orgasm.

It Is most likely what people like to call female ejaculate, or squirting, which contains mostly urine. studies find that for woman who squirt, there is also prostate fluid in it, the ammount varies. Squirting is urinating, but will always contain female prostate fluid. Regular urine doesnt. The ammount of this fluid (psa for short) varies. The prostate fluid filled urine comes from the same place your pee does, the urethra. Peeing before you have sex wont help because the sensation of sex and orgasm causes the bladder to fill with some urine before it ejects during orgasm.

I also feel the need to pee when I orgasm, and im sure it is just as they call it "squirting" My bladder muscles spasm a lot when I have an orgasm. You can feel and see them spasming quite hard lol. It's awesome. But it also makes me feel like I am going to pee/squirt and sometimes I do. Sometimes what comes out is yellowish with slight pee odor, other times its clear with no odor, but always feels the same.. Like peeing, but in a very "gushing" sort of way. Not quite as much comes out as my normal passing of urine, though. :P

Most guys find squirting to be quite sexy.

Though when I squirt is isn't a little bit it is a lot of fluid like at least 500 mls. I went to the doctor and her theory was I have a stretched bladder and will need to double empty to make sure I all the urine is gone before I do anything sexual etc it changes it a bit but if I forget to double empty the same problem starts up again and its a pain. I have already sent my urine for tests so I am just waiting for an ultrasound
