Massage always feels so good.. the knots in my back are gone.. the pain for just a few hours lifts..
But it comes back in full force.. I've had it .... had gone to the Fdoc, asking for muscle relaxators... thinking that might help... but she got focused on the whole blister deal..And never got a chance to discuss it with her.. My body is racked in pain right now... is there no relief? |

I hear ya! I had a massage on Saturday and on Sunday I could walk almost normal - by Monday it was going downhill again. Waiting for the doc to call with the results of my MRI. Depending on what that is I may ask to go to regular PT a few times a week, if they will do pressure point therapy.

regular PT... the myfascial massages help... I went thru a series of that... but getting a doc to order it and then finding someone that really knows how to do it is two different things... |
