Does anyone know how to properly fit a bra? I have never been bra shopping with my mother and I still don't know how to fit one properly... I got my first one with my dad, that was a bit of a traumatic experience alround...

I followed the directions to the letter, and had much greater success buying bras online afterwards.

I'm guessing Perth, is Perth, Western Australia...so this chart might be handy for you:
