I'm starting to notice that every woman becomes conscious of how she looks. It could be our face or our figure can add a boost to our personality. But, I want to know how these famous models can handle changes by a surgical procedures? Just like an increase in their breast size. Is it healthy to undergo such medical procedures? Well, I want to know if getting fit thru it can be an additional factor to improve my personality as a woman. What are your comments about it?

Where I live 'getting fit' means exercising/healthy living but when you write about surgical procedures I'm not sure if you mean something different.

I think exercising and healthy living is a good thing for anyone, and there's lots of evidence it boosts mental well-being too. I'm not sure I would say it would improve your personality, but maybe your self confidence.

As for cosmetic surgery, I have no experience of that so can't really offer an opinion.
