The 150 MG of sertraline that I take usually handles my anxiety and depression but every other month or so I get 2-3 days of feeling like I used to before I even started treatment: hurt, sad, anxious, apathetic, despondent. I know it's due to PMS because it comes exactly at that time. My Pdoc has said nothing can really be done since antidepressants can't be taken for immediate relief. So honestly I just grin and bear it. But it feels awful to be back in that spot again and it's hard on my relationship to be so down even just for those 2-3 days.

Has anyone else had experience with this (I guess it's called PMDD)?

Yes, I go through this. In my case it's more like mood swings. I don't know what can be done to help it.

Thanks for the responses y'all. Good to know I'm not the only one. Maybe I'll ask about the Klonopin.
