Here's the situation I had unprotected sex a while back; wasn't real impressed but anyway I'm on birth control and had my period I think which means I'm def not pregnant right? I apologize for my ignorance; kinda embarassed actually.

Most likely....although I have heard of women having a period in early pregnancy. My aunt never missed a period the entire time she was pregnant with both sons. It would still be indicated to take a test, just to be sure.

If you're on birth control that's "protected". What it doesn't protect for though is sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). If I were on birth control and had my period I would not worry about being pregnant but I might worry about contracting diseases and would ask my doctor when to test for those.

a month ago, you told us you didn't have periods. you posted about a guy taking the condom off and we talked about that.

if a month later, you're still having unprotected sex (and now you do have periods), you're asking for a sexually transmitted disease. (some that come to mind are herpes, HPV/genital warts, chlamydia, Trichomoniasis, gonorrhea)and possibly a pregnancy.

your history, that you've told us, could leave you vulnerable to becoming pregnant. i wouldn't allow anyone to have sex with me, if they wouldn't wrap it. you are having sex with EVERY person he has ever had sex with. you do not know where that thing has been.

your inconsistencies in your posts are worrisome. frankly, i don't think you're taking very considerate care of your sexual health. you can be damaged for the rest of your life with risky behavior. and risk passing on diseases to future sexual partners.

i'm concerned for you and i do hope that you talk ALL of this over with a therapist.

OK here's the deal this sux! I hate it cause I have a hard time getting out what I'm trying to say sometimes and things get misconstrued. I haven't had sex in atleast a couple of weeks. Those altogether 3 tmes were prior to having my period again. Yes I agree guys should wrap it up. And I'm not sleeping with everything that walks by or something.... I'm sorry but I'm pissed off about an issue with my sister and somewhat my family and this is just adding to it at the moment.

then don't have sex with people that aren't trustworthy and you'll have one less problem.

Yes, in most cases that is RIGHT....... a period means you are not pregnant - please make sure you go thru with your doctor apt to make sure.

BTW...... one of my sisters got pregnant her first time having sex and my oldest sister had her period for 6 months while she was pregnant and she did not know she was pregnant until she finally missed her period in the 7 month of her pregnancy.

Fayerody, I'm not trying to pick on you but whenever you comment on whatever I write you seem hostille or condescending or something. Maybe it's just me that my Dad's right that I'm missing things but that's how it feels and I feel like in order to move forward with things it needed to be said and dealt with in the open I guess. Thanks for trying anyway, Danielle

is it possible that you have posted things in the past then you post things that tend to confict with the past post, meaning your stories change too much, so ppl have a tendancy to doubt what you say, this has happened before and not you alone, this is not to hurt you but hopefully help

Well thanks for bringing this to my attention. With this particular post, I have reread just what I said and I didn't find anything that I thought was conflicted or a different story... if this is true that my story changes; any idea why that would be; I really have no idea why that would be. I mean I don't think I really have anything to hide here, so I dunno really. I'm trying to be calm about things; my T and Pcp think I'm manic or hypomanic, might this be related? I know there's some memory issues as far as I can have a conversation with someone and later on that same day I won't remember it at all. Like I talked to someone on the phone the other day but no idea what it was about but I told my mom I talked to so and so and called back later to talk to her (my mom) and she inquired and I didn't know what to tell her.
