Hey- Want to do a trade with me?
I'll have your cramps, and you can have my pregnancy nausea, muscle pain and bloating for a while. For real though, I usually get pains for two or three days before it comes for some reason. I know all to well what you are going through. |

I'm always a bit relieved when it finally starts after a day of cramping, because that means it'll be over soon. Ugh...I'll be where you are in about a week.

the only good thing about periods is at least you know you aren't pregnant - you have to look for the good side of everything
i haven't had one for ages, one thing I actually like about being sick. I don't weigh enough because I have so many strictures, the food can't get thru, but I am not going on TPN because I might get them back (only joking that isn't the real reason, I just don't want a central line sticking out of my neck.) |

Pink,
My IBS also flares up with my period! I don't know if yours is predictable, if so, dr suggests taking Ibuprofen (400mg) every 4 hours starting 2 days before period starts. __________________ I've been married for 24 years and have four wonderful children. |
