I'm on the IUD and love it but whenever I get stressed I get really bad cramps. They aren't constant but they are painful. How can I make my cramps not as painful? Pain relievers like ibuprofen don't work.

Heating pads and a nice warm bath with Epsom salt can work. It's not a perfect solution as you can't move around and be active but it's helpful. A heating pad on my low back and front pelvis is a winning combination. I also use something calm Mountain Magic lineaments cream on my tummy and it burns icy cold and helps a bit too. I'm 16 days from my period and in so much pain in my pelvis and back and am sitting here with my heating g pad now. I need to get an IUD implanted and sure hope it helps.
