So I've been taking this 91 day birth control (camrese) that only makes you come on your period four times a year. It seems like the two times I've had my period I've had horrible diarrhea and anxiety. Now I've been spotting for like the past week and I'm feeling crampy like my period wants to come on. Has anyone else dealt with this before? Is is normal, will it go away?

I haven taken this pill. Doesn't sound normal though. Maybe time to check back in with the doctor?

That is not normal. I have taken various birth control to control heavy bleeding due to fibroids. My experience has been either too much of something or too little is neither good!
Hope you find relief!

I agree that you should check in with your doctor.
