Why are men -- even men that claim to care about you -- so paternalistic and condescending when speaking to you? Has anyone else experienced this?

You call them on their daddy behaviour and then they claim that you are hysterical. Of course that just makes one more hysterical.

I sometimes thing that men have a big hole where a heart should be. Or that the feelings they claim to feel are actually less than they think.

You know the old women underestimate themselves, men overestimate themselves.

Ladies, experiences, advice?
